PHILOSOPHY:
Our primary objective is to offer an exciting environment for teaching and refining skills of volleyball to young men and women of all skill levels in the High Desert area.  We encourage the development of good character and strong self-esteem.  We are committed to providing a positive atmosphere and best available coaching staff to develop skills, learn the value of team work and promote self-esteem. 
Our staff is suited to maximize the skills and talents of all our players.  Learning proper skills and techniques gives the dedicated athlete the best chance to succeed at the highest levels and prepare them for a collegiate career.

Our goal is to empower young men and women beyond the gym.  We want every athlete to leave feeling stronger and more confident.  Through fundraising opportunities, we encourage the athlete to get involved with their community and further develop their social skills. High Caliber is committed to producing not just outstanding athletes, but outstanding  young men and women…men and women of High Caliber!

High Caliber Volleyball Club is dedicated to:

- A high level of  training to all our athletes; first-time volleyball players or experienced athletes
- A development of fundamental skills at all levels
- The advancement of the individual athlete within the team concept
- Fostering a sense of community through out the club
- Promoting leadership and self-esteem in all club members
